  1. Real files broke the illusion. Messy scans, stale pricing, and contradictory documents exposed the failure mode: an agent could sound right and still be wrong.

  2. We rebuilt around proof. Every claim had to stay linked to its source, and every finished draft had to stop at a person.

  3. Then it crossed into production. A bounded deployment ran on local hardware with real confidential files, on-prem. That system runs in production today.
