- Conflicts surfaced from matter and contact records
- Cited summary queued for review
AaaS / Agents as a Service — on-prem
A CRM is one more screen your best people feed. A private zero1 agent reads your documents, prepares the quote, the intake, the decision — cited or silent — and stops where a human approves.
In production in legal today. Real confidential documents, on the customer side of the firewall. Built for law, banking, and engineering. On-prem.
01 / Problem
First accurate responder wins.
Quotes, intake, decision packets — in every complex firm, prep eats the week and the best people are the ones stuck doing it. The bottleneck is not talent. It is prep. That is the gap an agent closes.

02 / How it works
Your documents in.
Your name out.
Five stations between your documents and the door. One draft moves through. It pauses exactly once: at a person.
Past quotes, matters, rate sheets, and records. Only yours.
A quote, intake summary, or conflict check — each claim linked to a source.
No source? The agent stays silent and asks.
A person reviews and signs off. Nothing leaves before that.
Approved work goes out. The judgment stays yours.

03 / Deployment
Most AI tools send documents to someone else's cloud. zero1 runs your AI agent inside your office. Models, retrieval, drafting, and review stay on local hardware behind your firewall.
Cross-functional office swimlane. Intake, legal, quote, purchase order, audit, and billing pass work to a local AI agent inside a secure perimeter. Nothing crosses the building boundary.
04 / Evidence
Hover or tap a claim.
The agent has to answer one question for every sentence: where did that come from? If the file set cannot answer, the field stays blank.
Specimen / Illustrative excerpt
Draft quote — prepared for approval
∅ No source in the file set. The agent leaves the field blank and asks, instead of inventing a date.
Source ledger
No source, no claim.
Nothing leaves without a person signing off.
Customer documents stay context, never training material.
Models and files stay behind the customer firewall.
05 / Products
Two products. One discipline.
In production / Legal
Screens new matters, checks conflicts, and prepares a cited intake summary for attorney review.
Engineering / Quote preparation
Builds a quote draft from past projects, specifications, and rate sheets for estimator approval.
Shared engine
Grounded retrieval. Local orchestration. Human gate. One engine, two narrow products.

Real confidential matter files
Real files broke the illusion. Messy scans, stale pricing, and contradictory documents exposed the failure mode: an agent could sound right and still be wrong.
We rebuilt around proof. Every claim had to trace to a source or stay silent, and every finished draft had to stop at a person.
Then it crossed into production. A bounded legal deployment ran on local hardware with real confidential matter files, on-prem. That system runs in production today.
07 / Book a demo
45 minutes. Your files.
No slide deck. Bring one representative workflow and files you are cleared to share. Watch what the agent cites, where it stays silent, and what it hands you to approve. If it is not a fit, we will say so.
