AaaS / Agents as a Service — on-prem

SaaS is dead.
Agents are alive.

Stop making your best people feed software. A zero1 agent turns your documents into quotes, intake, and decisions — source-linked, ready for review, and held for human approval.

The approval loop A private agent ingests documents, retrieves sources, prepares a cited draft, stops for human approval, then releases the output. Rejected work returns to draft. RETURN 01 INGEST 02 RETRIEVE 03 DRAFT 04 HUMAN GATE APPROVAL REQUIRED 05 OUT

Live today where privacy is non-negotiable. Real confidential documents stay on the customer side of the firewall. Built for teams that require security, traceability, and human approval. On-prem.

Watch a week collapse into hours

01 / Problem

First accurate responder wins.

The days you spend preparing are the days you’re losing.

Quotes, intake, decision packets — in every complex firm, prep eats the week and the best people are the ones stuck doing it. The bottleneck is not talent. It is prep. That is the gap an agent closes.

02 / How it works

Your documents in.
Your name out.

Prepared by an agent. Approved by you.

Five stations between your documents and the door. One draft moves through. It pauses exactly once: at a person.

  1. 01 · Your documents

    Ground

Past quotes, matters, rate sheets, and records. Only yours.

  2. 02 · The draft

    Prepare

A quote, intake summary, or conflict check — each claim linked to a source.

  3. 03 · Source-linked draft

    Prove

Claims stay linked to source material for review.

  4. 04 · Human gate

    Approve

A person reviews and signs off. Nothing leaves before that.

  5. 05 · Out

    Under your name

Approved work goes out. The judgment stays yours.

03 / Deployment

Nothing leaves the building.

Most AI tools send documents to someone else's cloud. zero1 runs your AI agent inside your office. Models, retrieval, drafting, and review stay on local hardware behind your firewall.

  • 01Your AI agent, installed inside your office
  • 02Local models, routed inside your network
  • 03Your documents never cross your firewall
  • 04No cloud APIs in the loop

Cross-functional office swimlane. Intake, legal, quote, purchase order, audit, and billing pass work to a local AI agent inside a secure perimeter. Nothing crosses the building boundary.

04 / Evidence

Hover or tap a claim.

Every claim stays linked to its source.

Open any sentence and see the document, section, and supporting detail behind it. Reviewers can verify the draft without reconstructing the work.

    Every claim opens its evidence.

  2. 02 / ControlHuman approval

Nothing leaves without a person signing off.

  3. 03 / DataNo training

Customer documents stay context, never training material.

  4. 04 / PerimeterRuns inside

Models and files stay behind the customer firewall.

05 / Solutions

Two solutions. One discipline.

Built narrow. Deployed deep.

ZERO1 Intake

Screens incoming requests, checks constraints and conflicts, and prepares a source-linked intake brief for review.

  1. Intake criteria matched
  2. Conflicts surfaced from matter and contact records
  3. Cited summary queued for review

ZERO1 Quote

Builds a quote draft from past projects, specifications, and rate sheets for estimator approval.

  1. Past-project analogs retrieved
  2. Stale pricing flagged
  3. Every number linked to its source

Shared engine

Grounded retrieval. Local orchestration. Human gate. One engine, two narrow solutions.

06 / Story

Two people. We answer our own email.

It sounded right. That was the problem.

Customer-side / On-prem
Real confidential files
Human-approved

  1. Real files broke the illusion. Messy scans, stale pricing, and contradictory documents exposed the failure mode: an agent could sound right and still be wrong.

  2. We rebuilt around proof. Every claim had to stay linked to its source, and every finished draft had to stop at a person.

  3. Then it crossed into production. A bounded deployment ran on local hardware with real confidential files, on-prem. That system runs in production today.
